A safer 24-hour Jacksonville
I will push for a carefully designed pilot: eligible venues in designated districts could operate until 4 a.m., while qualifying non-alcohol businesses could seek 24-hour operation. This is not unlimited alcohol service. Every change must follow Florida law, licensing, public hearings and measurable safety standards.
