MOBILE CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS

A campaign office that meets Jacksonville where it is.

Three-view concept for the FITZ4JAX Class A campaign mobile operations center

The Class A RV is proposed as a mobile campaign operations center—not a city vehicle and not a taxpayer-funded promise. It would help a large, geographically spread Jacksonville campaign coordinate volunteers, public information and scheduled neighborhood outreach.

Neighborhood voter-information stop

Provide official registration links, election dates and Supervisor of Elections resources without replacing official election guidance.

Volunteer field command

Brief teams, organize lawful canvassing materials, confirm routes, check safety procedures and help volunteers return completed records securely.

Accessible campaign presence

Bring scheduled campaign conversations closer to residents who may not be able to travel easily to a fixed office.

Media and event workspace

Support interviews, scheduled community appearances and rapid factual responses while keeping internal planning separate from public activity.

Supplies and communications

Carry signs, water, accessibility materials, first-aid supplies, charging equipment and approved printed information.

Documented stewardship

Log routes, authorized drivers, fuel, maintenance, insurance, vendor costs and campaign use so the vehicle remains accountable.

How execution would work

The campaign would begin with written vendor quotes covering rental or purchase, wrap production, insurance, licensed drivers, parking, storage, fuel, maintenance and accessibility. A route plan would prioritize publicly announced community stops, permitted events and safe operating locations. Volunteers would receive role-specific training, and voter information would link back to official Florida and Duval County sources.

Vehicle expenses and donated goods or services would be reviewed by the campaign treasurer and reported as required. Security would follow professional risk assessment. Personal data would not be stored casually in the vehicle, and the public would never be told the RV is an official government service.

Vehicle artwork is a campaign concept. Final design, procurement and operation are subject to vendor specifications, insurance, safety and campaign-finance compliance. Political advertisement paid for and approved by Fitz Desprez, Republican, for Mayor.
