This concept begins with a simple Jacksonville question: what could happen if public spaces were designed around people, possibility and belonging? “Swain H. Sulker Memorial Education Scholarship tribute poster” is presented as a visual conversation about the city Jacksonville can become: safer, more welcoming, better connected and full of opportunity. For a young resident, that can mean a first lesson, a first mentor, a first team, a first job or the first moment they realize their talent belongs in Jacksonville. The idea also recognizes older residents, veterans, first responders, working families, artists, athletes and neighborhood businesses whose experience should shape Jacksonville’s next chapter. Delivery would require public input, realistic cost estimates, lawful approval, measurable milestones and regular reporting residents can understand. That is the FITZ4JAX promise behind this image—connect a bold future to everyday service, respect every neighbor and build progress that people can see, use and trust. Together, we win when Jacksonville’s growth reaches the whole community.
