FITZ4JAX Campaign Alerts

When you affirmatively opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated or non-automated SMS or MMS messages from The Desprez Administration (FITZ4JAX — Fitz-G. Desprez for Mayor). Messages may include campaign news, volunteer opportunities, event reminders, voter-information reminders, donation or fundraising updates, merchandise information, and order or fulfillment updates.

Opt-in and opt-out

Users opt in only through a clearly disclosed campaign form, keyword or other documented consent method. Website SMS checkboxes are optional and are not selected in advance. After a STOP request, the campaign may send one confirmation message and will not send more campaign texts unless the user opts in again.

Carrier terms

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the carrier, device, network availability and accuracy of the mobile number provided.

Mobile privacy

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information and messaging consent will not be shared, sold, rented or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit unlawful or deceptive information, impersonate another person, or present campaign materials in a way that falsely implies authorization or endorsement. External contribution, payment and government websites have separate terms.
